OUR AGREEMENT WITH YOU

Making a booking
To make a booking, you may either book online (where available), or telephone the hotel direct. The person making the booking will be viewed as the lead booker and must be at least 18. By making a booking, the party leader confirms that he/she is so authorised and that all party members agree to be bound by these booking conditions. The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to the hotel concerned. Contact us immediately if any information, which appears on the confirmation, or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later. If you would like us to re-send a confirmation or check your booking please do not hesitate to contact us.

Cancellations
Guests booking on our flexible rate will be able to amend, change and cancel their booking up until 24 hours prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation period, the lead booker will have the first night’s charges of the booking charged to the credit/debit card used to secure their booking.
Guests booking on the non-refundable rate will be charged the full amount of the booking immediately. No refunds are available in the event of cancellation.

Special requests
If you have any special requests for your stay they should be made during or before booking as we may not be able to meet certain requests if made on arrival.

Damage and misconduct
Upon booking, you accept responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your party. Full payment for any such damage or loss must be paid direct at the time to the hotel. We reserve the right at any time to terminate your stay or that of any member of your party due to misconduct, where justified in our reasonable discretion. No refunds will be given.
